Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations made 7 or more calendar days before the scheduled reservation: 10% cancellation fee applies.
– Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 calendar days before the scheduled reservation: No refund.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation: Non-refundable.

Additional Terms

– No responsibility for delays due to traffic, mechanical failures, or unforeseen circumstances (“Acts of God”).
– No refunds for pre-paid reservations where the customer arrives more than 1 hour past the scheduled pickup time.
– Extra stops are subject to the driver’s schedule and are not guaranteed.
– Reservation quotes are per trip, not per person.
– A $25 After Hour Service Fee applies to calls between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
– Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in vehicles; cleaning fees may apply if violated.
